What makes Rivo different from other protein ice creams?
Two things: natural ingredients and taste. We use organic cane sugar, add a touch of prebiotic fiber to most flavors, and skip the gums and fillers. We believe we’re the first protein ice cream to taste like premium, full flavor ice cream.
How much protein is in each container?
Each tub packs about 30g of protein. It's the perfect balance of indulgence and fuel.
Is it dairy free?
Rivo is a dairy-based ice cream made with real cream for that authentic, scoop-shop taste. We know not everyone can enjoy dairy, and we hope to offer dairy-free options in the future. If you’re dairy-sensitive, some people find they can enjoy Alec’s Ice Cream, which uses A2 dairy. For a fully dairy-free option, our favorite brand is Cosmic Bliss. (We’re here to support your goals, even if that means cheering on other ice cream companies.)
What are the macros?
We kept the macros - the fat and the sugar - similar to premium ice cream brands like Jeni’s and Vanleeuwen. We believe when you reduce fat and sugar, you take away from that taste and texture we all love in classic ice cream. We wanted there to be zero taste sacrifice with Rivo. We think we nailed it and can’t wait for you to try some!
Does Rivo contain gums or fillers?
Nope. I wanted this to be something I could feel good giving to my kids. That means natural ingredients, no alternative sweeteners, and no gums or fillers.
Shipping & Storage
How do you ship ice cream without it melting?
Great question! We ship every order with insulated packaging, dry ice, and fast transit times. Orders are only shipped to zones we know can be reached frozen and fresh.
Where do you ship?
For launch, Rivo is available in three shipping zones only (due to the challenges of shipping frozen products). We’ll expand as soon as operations allow.
Do I need to be home when my order arrives?
We recommend it. Pints arrive frozen with dry ice, but should be transferred to your freezer ASAP for the best experience.
What if my ice cream arrives melted?
That’s on us. Contact our customer service team with your order details, and we’ll make it right.

Can I order a mix of flavors?
Absolutely. You can build your own bundle and mix flavors to your taste.
