It began at home, when I noticed my teenage son loved working out - but also loved polishing off a pint of ice cream every night. Rather than telling him to give it up, I wondered if there was a way to transform that nightly indulgence into something that fuels the body, not just satisfies a craving.

So I set out to create ice cream that delivers the best of both worlds: the creamy, decadent texture of the real thing, with a serious protein boost to support strength, recovery and balance.
